I've had the original one I bought for about 10 years, and it still works great. Since I live in Florida and spend a lot of time on the water, relatives have brought over others over the years that claim to float, but they don't when we test them with a phone in them in a bucket of water. All the others have went straight to the bottom of the bucket. Another thing this case does better than the others, the locking mechanism. Several cases lock by having to thread the two plastic locking clips through holes on the other side of the case, which is annoying and time consuming. This one is not like that. Just put the two sides together and lock. Sooooo much easier! Most others have plastic lanyard clips that can break. The heavy duty metal clip that locks on this one is great to attach a keyring to, so there are no worries about losing your phone or keys on the water. There are no negatives except that it may be a little more expensive than others, but it is money well spent. I'd recommend an XL no matter what size phone you have.

Great bag & easy to use. Secure and bone dry…enough for my car keys or phone. I swim with a group and don’t like to leave my keys behind on the crowded shore. Have taken my phone and was surprised how clear the pictures were! Have owned it for several years with no fails at all.
Ordered the orange case. Love the bright, easy to spot colour. Tested the waterproofing and floatabilty, and both were flawless. The phone was still easy to operate once sealed in the case, and easy to insert and seal in the case. Very pleased with purchase.
Very happy to find this waterproof, floatable case! My husband does a lot of fishing and has had a few close calls with both his cellphone and keys almost going in the lake.
Now, both the cellphone and keys go right into the calicase before the boat leaves the dock.

This is my second CaliCase, I take them kayaking with me to keep my cell phone dry. I ordered the XL this time since with an Otter Case on the phone it would no longer fit in my older smaller case. Both are very easy to use and a great design. I like that it floats if it falls in the water. The case definitely keeps water out and seals up nicely when in use. A small investment for your cell phone (or other small electronic device) to protect it if you are around water at all!!

This case fit my phone perfectly and was water tight. We went to Niagara Falls and did the falls boat right. The spray from the falls was like being in a strong rain storm. Cell phone was easy to use, took great pictures/movies, and stayed dry. We did I not have to worry. We watched other people as they tried to keep their phone dry while taking pictures. This case kept my phone alive for 15 days of kayaking the grand canyon! No water got in it even when my wet bag leaked a few times. It took a beating and did great.
I bought my CaliCase because I needed a waterproof phone case for kayaking out to shorebird hotspots in Boston Harbor. Yesterday my boat overturned while I was getting in. I was wearing the CaliCase around my neck on the lanyard that came with it. The case was bobbing up and down at the water's surface when I got my feet under me, and the phone was completely dry. I had two other incidents where I wound up in the water with the phone and both times the CaliCase kept the contents dry and bobbing at the surface.
I recommend this case… it’s soft, bright and it really seals well and it floats great!
Bought these for our sail trip to Greece. Did the 20 minute test and my paper towel came out perfectly dry. My favorite part was how easily I could use my phone while in the case. I worried it would be like others and difficult to tap or touch while in the case if I wanted a picture or something but it was so easy! Also love that they float! Perfect for a day in the ocean snorkeling! Can’t wait to try them on our trip!
