Got the Purple CaliCase for my Kayaking trip and it works great. I was able to film some underwater scenes. However, my only issue was that my 10x zoom on my Samsung S21 Ultra would not work inside the case. So I kept having to take it in and out.

I got a defective case at first because it didn’t pass the paper towel test, and customer service was super quick to address the issue. I tested the replacement and I was able to take stunning underwater photos without worry. Great product and excellent customer service.

Ordered two cases for S22 and S10, both fit! The S10 was even still inside its Otterbox and it still snugged inside! Clear photos, good touch responsiveness through the window. Loved that it floats!
My only wish would be for a slider on the lanyard to cinch around wrist, but that's a quick fix with an elastic, so no big deal :D
Brilliant customer service --I hadn't gotten my shipping confirmation email and reached out to to the support service, fully expecting the Black Hole of Nothingness. Nope. On a Saturday, just 18 minutes later, BOOM. A *human* responded, not a bot, and provided the link to tracking and the expected arrival date.

Yes. We recommend that before you place your phone in the CaliCase that you perform a quick waterproof test. Place a dry paper towel in your CaliCase and submerge it underwater. As long as there’s no signs of water seepage, you’re good to go.
